Shipping Policy

MagineBook ships personalized hardcover books worldwide through our print-on-demand partner, Gelato, who operates a network of local print hubs in 32 countries.

How shipping works

Once your digital book is previewed and approved, your hardcover order is submitted to the Gelato print hub nearest to your shipping address. Print production typically takes 2–4 business days, followed by delivery through the local carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail, and similar — whichever serves your region best).

Delivery times

• Standard shipping: 7–14 business days from submission to delivery in supported regions.
• Express shipping: 3–7 business days, available at checkout in most countries.
• Unsupported regions: if your country is not in Gelato's local-hub network, your order ships internationally from the nearest hub — delivery may take 10–21 business days with additional customs handling.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Express is an optional upgrade. The cost you see at checkout is final — we do not add any handling fees.

Customs & import duties

For international orders, import duties and local taxes may apply on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We always ship with the item's real retail value on the customs declaration, per regulations.

Address changes & lost parcels

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, production has started and we cannot redirect. If your parcel does not arrive within 30 days of shipping confirmation, email us and we'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.

What you receive

Every hardcover MagineBook is printed on 170 gsm coated silk paper, bound with a glued spine, and finished with a matt-laminated 8×8 inch hardcover. Books are packaged in plastic-free mailers where possible.

Digital delivery

The digital PDF is always delivered instantly to your email, independent of shipping. You can download it immediately and order the printed version later if you change your mind.
